Introduction

Aisel — WB Supply Automation ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension that automates supply creation on the Wildberries Seller portal for users of the Aisel marketplace management service (https://aisel.top).

This Privacy Policy describes what data the Extension collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.

Data We Collect

Authentication Token

When you connect the Extension to your Aisel account, you provide an authentication token generated by the Aisel Telegram bot (@aisel_ai_bot). This token is stored locally in your browser, sent to the Aisel backend server (aisel.top) to authenticate API requests, and never shared with any third party.

Task Execution Data

When the Extension performs automation tasks (creating supplies, collecting tariffs, etc.), the results are sent to the Aisel backend server. This includes supply IDs, warehouse tariff data, delivery slot availability, and task execution status.

Diagnostic Logs

The Extension may send anonymized diagnostic logs (timestamps, task type, error messages) to help troubleshoot issues. No personal data or Wildberries credentials are included.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Your Wildberries login credentials (email, phone, password)
• Your Wildberries cookies or session tokens
• Your personal information from the Wildberries Seller portal
• Your browsing history or activity outside of Wildberries Seller pages
• Your financial data, sales data, or business metrics from Wildberries
• Any data from websites other than seller.wildberries.ru and aisel.top

How We Use the Cookies Permission

The Extension requests the cookies permission solely to verify that you are logged into the Wildberries Seller portal before attempting automation. This is a read-only local check — your Wildberries cookies are never sent to any external server, including the Aisel backend.

Data Storage and Security

• Authentication tokens are stored locally in chrome.storage.local
• All communication with the Aisel backend uses HTTPS encryption
• No data is stored in unencrypted form on external servers

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to third parties. Data is only transmitted between your browser, the Aisel backend server (aisel.top), and the Wildberries Seller portal (within your browser session).

Data Retention

• Authentication tokens are stored until you disconnect the Extension
• Task results are retained on the Aisel server as part of your account history
• You can delete your data by disconnecting the Extension and deleting your Aisel account

Your Rights

You can at any time:

• Disconnect the Extension (removes local authentication token)
• Uninstall the Extension (removes all locally stored data)
• Request deletion of your data by contacting support
